Airbnb
I worked on—and helped manage—an embedded agency creative team inside Airbnb. We worked part-time at the agency, part-time at Airbnb HQ, and across all of Airbnb's product marketing projects.
Part of the role was to help structure the PMM discipline at Airbnb, creating internal materials to help the company understand and work with the new branch. The other part was working with PMMs across every part of the business on a huge variety of projects. In total, we created hundreds of assets, working directly with our clients—without the shield of agency account or project management.
